We do not ask for and do not want financial account details, identity document numbers, or passwords through this website. Please do not send them.

We use enquiry details solely to respond to you, to assess whether we are the right firm for your project, and to prepare a scope and fee proposal.

Where you become a client, we process information as necessary to deliver the engagement and to meet our own legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

This website is built to function without advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added in future, this policy will be updated first and any non-essential cookies will be set only with your consent.

We may share information with service providers who host our website, deliver our email, or provide accounting services — each bound to process it only on our instructions.

We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, or a valid order of a court or authority.

Enquiries that do not become engagements are retained for up to 24 months so we can pick up a conversation you resume, then deleted.

Engagement records are retained for the period required by Indian tax, contract and limitation law.
